Jim Purcell

Jim Purcell was the landlord of a block of flats. He lived in one with his dog Bernard. When George became frightened of him, Purcell was sucked into the doll's house, where he was transformed into a peg doll. Purcell was later restored to his original form, along with everyone else who had been transformed. (TV: Night Terrors)
