In July 1794, France was still in the grip of the French Revolution. The First Doctor, Ian Chesterton, Barbara Wright and Susan Foreman arrived during the chaos and became involved with all major factions. Their visit centred around 27 July of that year and the machinations of Lemaitre and Robespierre. (TV: The Reign of Terror)
