The Naturalist Front was a political faction in the 30th century that believed that human evolution could best be accomplished by natural means.
When the Blue Plague occurred, the First Doctor discovered that the Technological Front was responsible, using nanotechnology to infect the members of the other two factions, the Naturalist Front and the Metamorphosis Front. (PROSE: Room for Improvement)
