Toyah Wilcox is a British singer and actress who had made several appearances in documentaries about Doctor Who. Her first was in the extended 30th anniversary documentary More than 30 Years in the TARDIS, and in 2012 she appeared in both The Women of Doctor Who, and Doctor Who: Best of Specials.
She also contributed to the charity reference book Behind the Sofa: Celebrity Memories of Doctor Who.
