Victoria Street was a residential street in south east London. (GAME: Security Bot) Clive Finch lived on the street.
In 2005, Rose Tyler visited Clive with Mickey Smith. While Rose talked with Clive, Mickey stayed outside and was swallowed by a plastic garbage bin under the control of the Nestene Consciousness. He was replaced by an auton duplicate. (TV: Rose)
Shortly after Nestene invasion was foiled, the bin was collected and stored in the Leamington Spa Lifeboat Museum. (GAME: Security Bot)
