Moore was a shuttle supervisor in the late 50th century.
On 12 May 4997, Professor Marius booked a flight on a shuttle to his new posting at the Bi-Al Foundation. When the subject of weight restrictions came up, Moore cracked a joke about the professor's own weight, who later pelted Moore's aircar with egg concentrate in revenge. On 15 May, Moore called Marius on vidphone to inform him (in a more respectful tone) that he couldn't take K9 with him due to shuttle weight restrictions. (PROSE: Tautology)
