Phillips (Robot)

Phillips was a member of the Scientific Reform Society and worked at Think Tank. He escorted Brigadier Lethbridge-Stewart and the Fourth Doctor to their car after their visit to Think Tank. He and Arnold Jellicoe later found Harry Sullivan calling UNIT and knocked him out.
He was arrested by UNIT when the S.R.S. was broken up. (TV: Robot)
