Bonapart Devizes was a dealer in Dalek artefacts. He often purchased from Abslom Daak. After the Last Great Time War, the Eleventh Doctor asked Daak to speak with Devizes on his behalf. Daak interrogated Devizes, who told him of a secret Dalek organisation known as the Volatix Cabal. (COMIC: Downtime)
