Cerulean Chapter

The Cerulean Chapter or College was one of the six Chapters of Time Lord society on Gallifrey. Their robes were a subdued light blue. They had little political power. (PROSE: Lungbarrow)

The Cerulean Chapter had their own court not far from the Panopticon. (AUDIO: Intervention Earth)

Creator Marc Platt says that he based this Chapter after the Green Party.
