Kaufima was a Gallifreyan and a member of a secret Faction Paradox coven. During a Chaos Ritual, she was sacrificed by Mother Tarra to short out the ectothermic balance so that Father Kreiner's summoning could be completed. (PROSE: The Ancestor Cell)
