The Governors were an organisation which owned a robot who masqueraded as an Ofsted inspector named Paul Smith to evaluate Quill's class at Coal Hill Academy. Quill discovered their label in the robot's wreckage after it was destroyed by the Skin-peeling dragon, being intrigued as to what exactly the Governors were. (TV: The Coach with the Dragon Tattoo)
