Baxter (Fury from the Deep)

Baxter was chief of a Euro Sea Gas Control Rig. He sent Van Lutyens to talk to John Robson about his crew's morale, and later called to report hearing a strange heartbeat-like sound in the pipe line. His rig was surrounded and engulfed by the weed creature, but he and his rig were eventually rescued thanks to the Second Doctor. (TV: Fury from the Deep)
