Clifford Cox portrayed an unnamed sergeant in the Doctor Who story Spearhead from Space.
Debuting in the 1958 television series Quatermass and the Pit, Cox worked steadily from 1958-1977. He appeared in television shows such as Dixon of Dock Green, Smuggler's Bay (which starred Frazer Hines), The Wednesday Play, The Avengers, Callan, Randall and Hopkirk (Deceased), Softly, Softly: Taskforce, Out of the Unknown, Doomwatch, The Onedin Line, Z-Cars and Coronation Street.
