Jan Hoffman was the stand-in actor who played the Eleventh Doctor in the trailer for The Day of the Doctor. His face with edited in post to resemble Matt Smith, while Smith would later dub over Hoffman's lines for the narration recorded three months after filming the trailer. (DWMSE 38)
