Terry Nation's stories are full of people named variations of "Terr. Nt.". The best known is Del Tarrant from Blake's 7, but there's also Dev Tarrant in the first episode, and a female character named Tarran in the original treatment. There was also a Tarrant in the treatment for Survivors. On Doctor Who, there's Jill Tarrant from Death to the Daleks, Inquirer Tarron in The Keys of Marinus, Taron in Planet of the Daleks, and President Tarrant in the 1977 Dalek Annual. He even got an Officer Tarrant into an episode of MacGyver.
So, the first Dalek story from Big Finish, and it features a character with the name Bev Tarrant—I'm pretty sure that's intentional. Although maybe this belongs in the article about Terry Nation, or maybe even an article on the last name Tarrant, with just a link from this article? --50.0.128.145talk to me 08:44, December 4, 2016 (UTC)
