Alice Carter
She has a connection to something mysterious from Jack’s past, his daughter and lives in Cardiff with her son and Jack's grandson, Steven – who, like every child in the world, is briefly taken over by the 456. She appears in part one when Jack visits her and wants to do some tests on Steven. Then, Alice tells her father to leave, and he does to visit Dr Rupesh. Alice's son, Steven, thinks Jack is his uncle. It is rumoured that Estelle Cole for Small Worlds was Alice's mother, due to the fact that Jack had a close relationship with Estelle.
It is unkown but not entirely imposible that she have inherited some of her father's regenertive abbilities although no evidnce has been shown yet.
Though she is on good terms with Jack she is angry and disturbed by him because of his abbilities and she even coments at the whole morbidity of the situation. She even whent has far to mention that it scared her she will one day die and he may very well be at the funeral the same then has he is now.
