Terileptus 9 was a planet which, according to the Doctor, housed a building called the Eminesence Gallery that contained work similar to some of the robotic artwork that he had once found. (AUDIO: Technophobia)

"Terileptus" is an already established planet in the series, it is home to the Terileptils. It is unknown if Terileptus 9 is related to this planet, although there are hints to the Terileptil's love of art through the Eminesence Gallery.
