Bernard was a dolphin. He was one of Wakeling's henchmen on Heritage. Due to the planet's aridity, Bernard had to use a walker with a water tank attached to survive. He also had a translator so he could communicate with humans. Bernard liked smoking cigarettes. (PROSE: Heritage)
