Neeloc was an outsider at the academy, he spent most of his time with Taylor Addison (a human), Galadina (a Warpsmith) and B'arech (a Monan). He wanted to follow in the footsteps of the Doctor. He was interested in Leela's lessons. (AUDIO: Insurgency)
