Padra Toc Shafe Cane
The Doctor, Martha Jones and Jack Harkness met and helped Padra Toc Shafe Cane escape from a pack of Futurekind on Malcassairo and find his family at Silo 16, the last bastion of civilised humanity.
At Silo 16, they were greeted by a guard named Lieutenant Atillo and led inside the complex by a young boy named Creet. Padra was overjoyed when Creet found his mother, Kistane Toc Shafe Cane, and brother, Bilto Toc Shafe Cane, the old but secret Time Lord Yana, Yana's assistant and last of the Malmooth, Chantho and the silo guards.
Padra left with all the passengers onboard a large rocket ship and went to Utopia. When the rocket got there, he presumably turned mad and became a Toclafane. (DW: Utopia)
It is believed that his Toclafane form, along with the rest of his species, time warped to 2008 as part of the Toclafane invasion. However, when time reverted (from the year 2009 to the year 2008) with the destruction of the Paradox machine, he along with the rest of the spheres was warped back to the end of the universe, without knowing what had happened. There, they would be trapped and presumably die-out, thus bringing an extinction to the Human race.
