The person overtaken by a Cerebravore has not been named during the whole incident. Since a New York subway train (in real universe) only has two transit workers, the driver and the conductor, and since the train was still in motion, it seemed clear that this might have been the conductor. This guess was strengthened by the announcements accompanying the monster over the intercom, announcements with speech bubbles identical to the ones used for normal announcements made by the conductor of the train.

However, it turns out that, talking to the Doctor after the incident, Gabby calls the guy "Guard of the train". It is a strange designation, but it is the only in-universe description of the guy and, hence, should be followed. Amorkuz ☎ 22:50, January 5, 2017 (UTC)
