A host of shooting gallery Target Happy at Rokhandi World theme park was a SERVEYOUinc employee.
Originally he visited the theme park while being on vacation. After the park security staff took him to talk to the Entity, he fell under its control and stayed to work in the park.
When the Eleventh Doctor started shooting the toys instead of the targets, the host was not too bothered expecting the security staff to pacify the Doctor the same way they had dealt with him. He did not stop Alice Obiefune when she borrowed one of the gallery guns.
After the Doctor destroyed the Entity, the host suddenly realised how boring his job was and decided to get his band back together. (COMIC: The Friendly Place)
