A customer service employee wearing the costume of Rokhandi World mascot Customer Service Pig experienced the brunt of the Eleventh Doctor's dissatisfaction that the natural beauty of Rokhandi was turned into a dismal corporate theme park. As was done to all misbehaving customers, the employee offered the Doctor complimentary Rokhandi floss. Alice Obiefune defended the employee, saying his salary was probably not high enough to justify being stuffed into a mascot costume in such a heat. Being under the influence of the Entity, the employee did not show any signs of discomfort. However, after the Doctor's wish caused the Entity to explode, the heat immediately became unbearable.
