Should The Tricksters Brigade and Angelo be "labeld" as the enemies in this episode? Mattias.nilsson86 18:04, August 21, 2011 (UTC)

Production errors Edit

  • Jack tells Angelo that he is a fixed point in time, and that is why he cannot die. This is what the Doctor told Jack in Utopia. However, at this point in Jack's timeline he hasn't seen the Doctor in nearly 30 years, and is still actively waiting for him so that he can properly explain Jack's immortality and perhaps help him become mortal, which will not happen for more than 70 years. It is therefore odd that Jack would tell Angelo this, as at this point he is supposedly completely ignorant as to why he cannot die, being unaware that he was resurrected by the Bad Wolf. This constitutes a continuity error, unless this is a previously unseen version of Jack from his more than 2,000 year lifetime.

this is wrong, he is a future jack, he says so himself when he explains to angelo what the creature does inside. plus torchwood was not on missions until after the date of 1945, it was formed in 1887 but was not its secret intelligence service until 1948.

    • Jack was on missions for Torchwood as early as 1899. d 17:55, August 27, 2011 (UTC)

Slight correction

I changed the intro to say "pre-Depression". The Great Depression didn't begin until the stock market crash of 1929, a year after the flashbacks. Technically it should actually read "Prohibition-era" 23skidoo 06:37, February 3, 2017 (UTC)
