Roald Dahl Plass was a part of Cardiff Bay.
History
In 2006, the TARDIS landed there, above the Torchwood 3 base known as the Hub. (DW: Boom Town) The perceptual filter of the TARDIS, created a spot of perpetual perceptual blindness, enabling Torchwood to set up an "invisible lift" without anyone noticing it. (TW: Everything Changes) In 2008, the TARDIS landed near the same spot, enabling Jack Harkness to jump onto it just before it dematerialised. (DW: Utopia) In 2009, the British government bombed the Hub from inside, devastating Roald Dahl Plass. (TW: Children of Earth: Day One)
