Would earth not be listed as a level 6 planet then. Although higher ups like the shadow proclamation may not know it, Toshiko Sato created a sonic modulator ie a sonic device, so earth is a level 6 planet. should this be noted. --LuisFernandoLopez 14:33, 11 July 2009 (UTC)

But a Level 6 planet is one on which sonic devices are created, and Toshiko did make one. It's kind of like the doctor wearing two different coloured suits; at no point does the doctor state "I wear blue and brown suits" but we know he does because we see it. --Torchwood 2 17:51, 15 July 2009 (UTC)
