A blind old woman called for an exterminator. Lionel Tooley answered, as well as the Sixth Doctor and Melanie Bush. She locked them in her attic, where an alien insect was hiding. It had taken the old woman's eyes, but since they weren't very good, the insect was trying to find new eyes. When the Doctor defeated the alien, he surgically returned the woman's eyes to her.
