Ordering of stories in the Counter Measures set

Sorry - new to this - not sure about layout.

Topic: ordering of stories in the Counter Measures set

The Reesinger Process (http://tardis.wikia.com/wiki/The_Reesinger_Process_(audio_story)) is currently listed as being set between series 3 and 4, but in The Forgotten Village (http://tardis.wikia.com/wiki/The_Forgotten_Village_(audio_story)), Rachel mentions the Reesinger Institute in a list of things that happened to Allison, indicating that The Reesinger Process must be set before this episode.

Further, she states that this happens before the events with Julian in State of Emergency (http://tardis.wikia.com/wiki/State_of_Emergency_(audio_story)), suggesting that The Reesinger Process must in fact be set before or during series 1. This is backed up by the fact that in The Reesinger Process (as stated on the page), Toby mentions the upcoming general election.
