Mr Scozz was a bounty hunter.
He and Mr Plurk were hired by Bernice Summerfield's publisher to ensure that she finished The Dead Men Diaries, the autobiographical sequel to her book Down Among the Dead Men, on time. Scozz and Plurk stayed at Benny's quarters on the Braxiatel Collection while she finished her book.
Mr Scozz was apparently impressed enough by Benny's autobiography that he later tried to start a course in Bounty Hunter Studies. He was, however, killed in a gunfight during his first tutorial session. (PROSE: The Dead Men Diaries)
