Danny Bartock was the representative of the Ethics Committee on the Walker Expedition.

According to the Beast, he was a liar. He formed something of a flirtatious relationship with Rose Tyler, and it was his idea to create a psychic flare that would disable the Ood and perhaps break the hold which the Beast had over them. He, Rose, Toby Zed, and Zachary Cross Flane escaped from Krop Tor on a shuttle-ship just as the planet was sucked towards K37 Gem 5, a black hole. (DW: The Impossible Planet / The Satan Pit)
