Dessel (Private Investigations) was the principal second of Malite.
Prior to the Dalek invasion of Malite, the Seventh Doctor and Ace visited the planet to warn them of the impending invasion. Dessel was part of the meetings held by the Doctor to prepare Malite for the invasion. (PROSE: Private Investigations)
