Perhaps he will come back as he has Jacks genes? Just a thought?Matta jr 23:36, 10 July 2009 (UTC)

Have you EVER watched the show? Jack's immortality isn't genetic, watch the series 1 finale and Utopia (third to last episode of series 3) --Blackstone Dresden 07:10, 25 July 2009 (UTC)
How is not possible, we dont know much about his immortality, the genetics of it has not been explored, the user was merely asking a question not adding it to the article and try to be a bit more polite as well Blackstone Dresden Bigshowbower 07:27, 25 July 2009 (UTC)
Jack is only immortal because Rose revived him wrong, making him and only him a fixed point in time and space --Blackstone Dresden 07:34, 25 July 2009 (UTC)
Yeah the Doctor explains it in Utopia: when Rose Tyler resurrected him with the power of the Time Vortex in the series 1 finalie, she couldn't completly control the power she wielded and instead of just bringing him back to life, she brought him back forever. Jack discovered this in the time he disappeared between seasons 1 and 2 when he helped the Doctor and Martha Jones (the same one that appeared in series two of Torchwood) defeat The Master once and for all. The Doctor said that even he can't fix what was done to Jack and doesn't know if he'll ever die and doubts he'll age, although it was indicated that he does evolve into a creature called the Face of Boe that dies about 5 billion years into the future. It also explains how he got to 1869: he used that wrist strap of his to time travel from the far future trying to reach the late 20th century, but missed and ended up in the 1800's where his vortex manipulator burned out stranding him. The Doctor later fixed it and he could time travel and teleport with it too, but The Doctor disabled that again afterwards before Jack returned to Torchwood. He fixed the teleport later with Martha Jones' help to meet up with the Doctor, but it was disabled again by the Doctor though given the end of Children of Earth, he probably fixed that again.--WarGrowlmon18 16:20, 25 July 2009 (UTC)
