Lily was the daughter of Lauren and Will and the granddaughter of Sarah Jane Smith. She had Autistic Spectrum Disorder.
Lily could be a difficult child, and sometimes attacked other children. She loved music and snow.
The Fifth Doctor visited Sarah one Christmas while Lily was staying with her. The Doctor encouraged Sarah that she was doing what she could for Lily and making her happy. (PROSE: Lily)
