Lindos was a hormone related to the random and erratic process of Time Lord regeneration. When triggered, a massive release of the hormone was transported at lightening speed around the body, causing its cells to reform and realign themselves. (PROSE: The Twin Dilemma) Measurement of lindos levels could determine how recently a Time Lord had regenerated. (AUDIO: Unregenerate!)
