Nicholas Santana lived in Iceland in 5017. He gave a huge Christmas party, which could only be attended by those who had an invitation or a donation. Those who had neither were sent to the lower levels to work.
Because the Earth was experiencing a period of intense solar flare activity, even Iceland was hot. Santana had a plan to make snow for his guests: flood the lower levels with magma. He was stopped by the Sixth Doctor and Evelyn Smythe, with some help from Robert Wintergreen and Liberta Ellensdottir. (PROSE: Revellers of Doom)
