Prospero was the Groundskeeper for Graveworld 909.
When the Tenth Doctor and Majenta Pryce arrived on the planet, Prospero had been there a hundred thousand years. Majenta was able to reboot Prospero, who ended the silence on the planet as gratitude. She convinced it to spare the rat people and use them to help maintain things. (COMIC: Onomatopoeia)
