Quinn was the captain of the ship that Bernice Summerfield took to Sisyphus IX. He was once married and had a daughter but they were both killed in a riot. He was under the employ of the Gomagog. Benny persuaded him that he was wrong and he allowed her to escape before he destroyed the planet. (AUDIO: The Phantom Wreck)
