Raymond Bowman was an IDEA agent.

When taking Vincent Wheaton into custody, the psychic accidentally released Raymond's anger at his wife Christine. It turned his body into a fireball, killing him, Christine, some tourists and finally destroying Canterbury Cathedral. (PROSE: Warlock)
