Tam Fulton was Natalie's brother. When the Daleks attacked the Blue Peter pub in which Natalie was spending time with her friends, she remembered Tam's comments on what he'd do if aliens ever attacked, based on an old movie he once watched. (PROSE: Natalie's Diary)
