Blue Moon by Oli Smith is a four-part short story (a Prologue and three chapters) that was published exclusively on the BBC.co.uk website in July 2009 to commemmorate the 40th anniversary of the Apollo moon landings.

It is the first exclusive-to-Internet Doctor Who short story to be posted on the BBC website since The Feast of the Stone in 2004.
