Waterfront Beat was a police drama that aired on Earth in 1968. Terrorists Turis and Arto used the score from the programme to interfere with Flora Millrace's score from The Identikit Man in order to draw Time Vortex energy into time distortions on Earth. (PROSE: The Avant Guardian)
