White (SLEEPY)
Colonel White was a telepathic soldier working for the Dione-Kisumu Company.
White grew up in Oklahoma during the early 23rd century, where he thought he would stay for the rest of his life.
He eventually was employed by the Dione-Kisumu Company. He was sent with troops to Yemaya 4, told that the colonists had technology stolen from the company. He was fascinated by the Seventh Doctor because he could not read the Time Lord's mind.
Later, when a DKC warship arrived to cover up the company's secrets by destroying the colony, White tried to force himself into the Doctor's mind. However, the cure brought by Bernice Summerfield and Roz Forrester for the telepathic virus plaguing the colony made White lose his psychic abilities before that happened. His failure made him descend into a catatonic state. (PROSE: Sleepy)
