Professor Jenkins was an employee of the Torchwood Institute. He was working at a training base that used animated mannequins as targets and was run by Mr Chamberlain. When the mannequins revolted, Agnes Havisham helped Jenkins to fight them off and escape. (PROSE: Risk Assessment)
