By the Twelfth Doctor's incarnation, the TARDIS had a macaroon dispenser.
During Bill Potts' first trip aboard the TARDIS, she urgently required to use a toilet. The Twelfth Doctor instructed her that the toilets were "past the macaroon dispenser". (TV: The Pilot)
