Tula Lui was a Mayakai warrior.
She was born around 1766. She was one of the last survivors of her people, who had been wiped out by a plague. She was taken under Sabbath's wing, and became an assassin for him. She was killed in the Kingdom of Beasts in 1782. (PROSE: The Adventuress of Henrietta Street)
