Kravos was a Kaled scientist who worked at the bunker underneath the Kaled dome. Davros had created and implanted in him a device that kept his heart beating. When he joined several other scientists in objecting to Davros's experiments, Davros had the Daleks exterminate them. (DW: Genesis of the Daleks)
