Archibald Flint was the 13th Baronet of Pengriffen. In 2000, he financed the work at the Lanyon Moor institute. He allowed Dr Evelyn Smythe to research about Lanyon Moor in his library. He wanted to obtain the powers of the spectre of the moor. He tried to torture Evelyn, using such powers. He wanted to rule the world with Sancreda using his powers.
