Agrofuel Research Operations was a laboratory located in Yorkshire.
In 2017, Douglas and Erica were working with a sample of R planticola. However, Douglas misplaced a decimal point while specifying the dosage of the EC 31 enzyme, which resulted in a bacteria that could quickly destroy plants and even kill a human, just by entering in contact with it.
