Suzette Chambers was a friend of Sylvia Noble and a customer of Adipose Industries. While they dined together at a restaurant, Miss Foster activated the process creating Adipose throughout London. When the Tenth Doctor deactivated the switch Suzette returned to normal. (TV: Partners in Crime)
