Edward Perkins

Edward Perkins was the great-grandson of Professor Cornelius Perkins. In 1977, he went to the Amazon rainforest to try to discover why the Professor had disappeared on his expedition there in 1873.
He found his great-grandfather still alive inside a time bubble. Though 104 years had passed outside the bubble, for Professor Perkins it had only been a month. After the Fourth Doctor and Leela defeated the Lurons plans, Overlord Saldor invited Edward and Valerie Carlton to come with them to a new planet. They both accepted. (AUDIO: The Valley of Death)
